By registering an account on Truckways and using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
The Truckways Platform provides a load board service that connects trucking companies, drivers, and shippers. Users of the Platform agree to use it solely for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You acknowledge and agree that the Truckways Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Platform and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform or any part thereof without prior notice.
Truckways provides a secure payment gateway for transactions made through the Platform. Shippers are responsible for making payments for transportation services using the designated payment methods.
Truckways charges a service fee for the use of the Platform, which may be subject to change. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated to users prior to the completion of a transaction.
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information. By using the Truckways Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
While we employ security measures to protect your information, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
All content and materials on the Truckways Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, are the property of Truckways or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the content of the Platform without prior written consent from Truckways.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Truckways and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Truckways from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Platform or any violation of these Terms.
Truckways reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any updates or modifications.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
